Delete your account
This deletes your Designifyy account permanently. It is not a deactivation and it cannot be undone — there is no restore, and support cannot bring it back.
What is deleted
- Every photograph of your rooms, removed from storage first
- Every design generated from them
- Your email address, your sign-in, and your credit balance
- Any unused credits — these are forfeited and are not refundable
What is kept, and why
Records of payments are kept, with everything identifying you removed. Indian tax law requires a business to retain its financial records; we cannot delete them and neither can you. What remains is an amount and a date with no person attached to it.
Separately, our vision provider keeps prompts and responses briefly for abuse detection. That window is theirs, not ours, and deleting your account does not shorten it — see the privacy policy.
