What you are agreeing to
These terms apply when you use Designifyy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What Designifyy is, and what it is not
Designifyy generates visualisations. A generated design is a picture of a possibility, not a construction drawing, not a structural assessment, and not professional architectural advice. Do not build from it without a qualified professional. Designifyy does not price work: nothing in the service tells you what a design will cost to build, or what materials it needs.
Vastu guidance reflects widely used conventions. It is offered as a design constraint, not as religious or spiritual counsel.
Your photographs
You confirm that you own the photographs you upload, or have permission to use them, and that uploading them breaks nobody's rights. You keep ownership. You grant us only the permission we need to store your photograph and generate designs from it, for as long as your account exists.
Do not upload anything unlawful, anything showing a person who has not agreed to it, or anything you do not have the right to share.
What you may do with the designs
Designs generated from your own photographs are yours to use, including commercially. You may show them to contractors, clients or buyers. Professional plans exist precisely for that.
Credits
Credits are consumed per generated design and do not expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Fair use
There are per-hour limits on generation to stop automated abuse. We may suspend an account that tries to circumvent them, resells access, or attempts to attack the service.
Availability
We will try to keep the service running and we will not pretend it is infallible. It depends on third parties, and it may be unavailable at times. If we are down and you have unused credits, they wait for you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for construction decisions taken on the basis of a visualisation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the arrangement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms. If we close your account without cause and you hold unused credits, we will refund them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
